By analysing the returned questionnaires from all their clients since the launch of the PIQ on 06 April 2009, the market leading HIP provider has shown that an amazing 90% of all their client questionnaires are returned with 48 hours.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tim Price, sales and marketing director at The Live Organisation, explains, “We have taken a pro-active approach to the introduction of the PIQ. So we will send out the PIQ to sellers as soon as the agent instructs the HIP.”&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Live is offering agents the opportunity to encourage vendors to use a link to an online PIQ that can be completed online, to avoid postal delays. The form is called an Intelligent Form because it is dynamic showing additional questions only as required based upon previous answers and the answers are saved directly into Live’s case management database.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Price added: Live will also chase vendors to obtain a completed PIQ. “Our current thinking is that this will be done from Day 3 onwards, and every 24 or 48 hours after, until the PIQ is returned to us.
