The Live Organisation, the UK’s leading provider of residential conveyancing, has announced a highly successful call centre transition from Camberley to new state-of-the-art offices in Leeds for both staff and operational efficiency.
The project was completed on time, in line with the initial plan and without interruption to clients or degradation of results.
Live employed a professional, structured and phased approach to ensure work only moved when the new teams were trained and able to match previous performance.
The Live Organisation has already improved on past performance with conversion rates now higher than previously in Camberley and this is expected to continue in the future.
Ben Carroll, managing director at The Live Organisation, said: “I am delighted the significant investment we have made in Live’s infrastructure is already resulting in our clients commenting on improved service delivery.
“The launch of our new IT system in the latter part of 2009 will build on this further and compliment recent enhancements to the Live portfolio of products.
“Additionally we have already had over 300 applications for the new job roles in Leeds, which is a testament to the attractiveness of the Live brand and the high quality of the Leeds labour market.
“With a talented management team in place, we have strong foundations on which to expand the business, further developing a first class service as the market continues to improve.”
