LIVE SETS THE STANDARD FOR PIQ DELIVERY

The Live Organisation has set the standard for speed and efficiency with Property Information Questionnaires. By analysing the returned questionnaires from all their clients since the launch of the PIQ on 06 April 2009, the market leading HIP provider has shown that an amazing 90% of all their client questionnaires are returned with 48 hours.

Tim Price, sales and marketing director at The Live Organisation, explains, “We have taken a pro-active approach to the introduction of the PIQ. As well as chasing the sellers, we are, in every conversation, encouraging them to provide the verbal answers to us there and then in order that we can complete the PIQ on their behalf in that same call.
And it is working! Our analysis shows that we get 80% returned with 1.6 days and 70% with 1.3 days.”
Live also uses an Intelligent Form which shows additional questions only as required based upon previous answers and then saves the answers directly into Live’s case management database.

Price adds, “Obviously our online form is assisting our clients and their clients, avoiding the need to rely on the post. We are delighted that our technology has been adopted so quickly by the market, especially as this in turn allows our agents to start marketing much sooner.”
