The Live Organisation, leading HIP and conveyancing provider for the estate agent market, has announced the appointment of Tim Price as Group Sales and Marketing Director. This new role sees Tim Price return to his former employer where he helped make Live the market leader in HIPs.
David Thorpe, Chief Executive Officer of First Title plc, explains, “Tim played a pivotal part in creating Live’s status as the favourite choice of estate agents for conveyancing and HIPs so he is an obvious choice to lead the next phase of Live’s evolution in this challenging market. Tim will officially start his new job on Monday 09 February but is already working on a new strategy which will include a major refresh of the Live portfolio for estate agents.
Tim adds, “It is a privilege to be working back at Live again and, as this is a company which has always had a client-serving ethos, I am keen to ensure we continue to supply what the market needs- whether now in difficult economic conditions or in the good times which will return to the property market. I am already in the process of gathering information from a cross section of Live clients to help me define the appropriate proposition. With the ongoing commitment of the First Title Group I am excited about further developing Live’s product range and offering industry leading additional revenue solutions to the estate agent.”
